Spring Equinox Sound Meditation

Join us for a blissful experience with colorful chakra balancing sound instruments for our Spring Equinox Sound Meditation! Let the soothing sounds wash over you as you relax and rejuvenate the coming Spring season and the holiday of Ostara. This in-person event is the perfect way to celebrate the time of Spring when we have equal parts day and night. The balancing of the scales as Spring now emerges and the days become longer every day after, culminating at the Summer Solstice.

Immerse yourself in the tranquil atmosphere of crystal & alchemy sound bowls, gong, ocean sound instruments, chimes, tuning forks, and guided meditation. Let the sound frequencies guide you into a state of deep relaxation. In collaboration with Kyle Hudson (Soma House Retreat Space), we will dual play the sound bowls allowing them to echo from opposite corners of the room, creating a unique experience in reverberation.
