Join us for a deeply restorative Spring Equinox Sound Healing Workshop, a sacred evening to honor the turning of the seasons and welcome the energy of renewal.
The Spring Equinox marks the moment when day and night are in perfect balance. It is a powerful time in nature that symbolizes rebirth, growth, and new beginnings. Just as the earth awakens from winter, this is an opportunity for us to realign, plant new intentions, and open ourselves to fresh energy and possibility.
During this immersive sound journey, you will be bathed in the healing vibrations of alchemy crystal singing bowls, chimes, pyramids, bells, gong, and medicine drum- harmonized with mantra music and medicine songs sung with live guitar and harmonium . These sacred sounds help calm the nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and guide the body into a deeply meditative state where natural healing can occur.
As we rest in stillness and sound, allow the frequencies to support you in:✨ Releasing what no longer serves you✨ Restoring balance and harmony within✨ Setting intentions for the new season ahead✨ Connecting with the energy of renewal and growth
Come as you are and allow yourself to be held in a peaceful soundscape designed to nurture body, mind, and spirit.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything that will help you feel comfortable lying down.
