Time: Doors open 30 minutes prior to the event start time. Please sign in and find your preferred mat.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing that is nonrestrictive and shoes that are easily removed.
What to bring: You may bring a pillow/ throw blanket if you want extra warmth or cushion. One 2.5”mat, a throw & pillow is provided. per person.
