Let's welcome the shift into spring with the beautiful combination of Sound + Cranial Sacral + Reiki!

This gathering is a collaboration between Therese and Kay & Kyle from . Therese offers a short guided meditation & sound. As you lay, immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls and other beautiful healing instruments, and drifting into a state of deep relaxation, Kay & Kyle offer Cranial Sacral & Reiki to each participant. What to Expect: A peaceful and sacred space where you can surrender to the healing energies of the session. No prior experience is needed—just bring an open heart and mind.

Takeaways: Feel deeply relaxed, rejuvenated, and aligned. Leave with a sense of clarity, emotional release, and an empowered connection to your inner self.

Please arrive a few early, mingle, enjoy a cup of tea or pull an Oracle card or two. Sound+Cranial+ Reiki starts at 6pm. The experience is 45-55 minutes long plus time for connection and sharing before and after. All are welcome!

Dress comfortably! Yoga mat, thin cushions and blankets are provided. Bring your emotional support water bottle and anything you need to be comfy laying on a yoga mat (for example an additional blanket, pillow, or eye cover). There is a futon available for anyone who could benefit.
