Sunday Morning Sound Bath

Sundays are for self care! Come for the perfect mind/body/soul reset with a Soothing Sound Bath!

Sound healing is one of the most effective and effortless healing modalities one could experience. All you need to do is lay down, close your eyes, breathe and open to receive. Scroll down to learn more about the benefits of Sound Healing.

Please arrive a few minutes early. You are welcome to make yourself a cup of tea or pull an Oracle card. The sound bath is 45-55 minutes long. All are welcome!

Yoga mats, thin cushions and blankets are provided. Bring your emotional support water bottle and anything else you need to be comfy laying on a Yoga mat (for example additional pillows or an eye cover)

There is a futon available for anyone who would like to use it.
