Spring Equinox Sound Bath at Atelier Tacoma

The Spring Equinox, a moment of cosmic equilibrium. We gather to honor the shifts within and around us, shedding the heavy stillness of winter to make room for new growth.

Sound Bath Immersion: A restorative journey designed to provide a space to ground and center. You will be enveloped in soothing tones that encourage the nervous system to let go, allowing your mind, body, and soul to find their natural point of balance.

Community Tea and Connect: Following the sound bath, we invite you to stay for a warm cup of seasonal tea. This is a gentle time to ground your energy, reflect on the seasonal shift, and find connection with your community in the beautiful atmosphere of the Atelier.

All Are Welcome: Whether you're new or experienced, this class offers a nurturing space for rest and healing.

What to Bring: Come as you are with an open heart, wear comfortable clothing. Mats and blankets will be provided, but feel free to bring anything that helps you feel extra cozy and comfortable lying down for 60 minutes, pillows, an eye mask, or your favorite blanket.
