Come join us to celebrate the Spring equinox for a wonderful session of Seasonal Somatic yoga & qigong delivered to you by the wonderful Penny Reeves of 'Penny sharing yoga' followed by a nourishing Soundbath delivered by me!

In Penny's words,
'Expect an ancient and modern practice for enhanced vitality, mobility, strength, balance, relaxation, breathing, & qi/Prana energy flow.
All also very good for regulating the nervous system & helping with stress. Everyone can enjoy the session at their own pace & depth regardless of experience. The perfect preparation for Mark's Soundbath!'
Please bring a yoga mat, blocks & bricks a blanket & bottle of water. Some blocks and bricks available if you don't have any? Please let us know when you book. Bring extra bits to get yourself nice and cosy and warm for the Soundbath. Please arrive early to settle in.
Round off the session with a choice of delicious homemade vegan brownies, homemade vegan flapjack, homemade vegan 'sausage' rolls, homemade cheese straws, fruit, savoury popcorn and a choice of hot and cold drinks.
