You are invited into a sacred sound journey supported by gentle, restorative postures and the resonant healing frequencies of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes and water sounds. As sound washes through the body, the nervous system unwinds, the mind settles, and the soul opens to possibility.
