As we cross the Spring Equinox—a moment of balance between light and dark—we gather for an all-night sound healing journey guided by the Runes ISA and URUZ.

ISA, the rune of ice and stillness, represents pause, rest, and deep gestation. It reflects a collective moment of slowing down—where growth is happening beneath the surface. URUZ, the wild ox, follows as the force of vitality, courage, and new beginnings. Together, these runes tell the story of quiet incubation followed by embodied awakening, mirroring the seasonal shift from winter into spring.

This Overnight Gong Concert invites you to rest deeply, release stagnation, and awaken new life-force through sound. Planetary gongs and sacred vibration support nervous system repair, emotional release, and subtle energetic realignment while you sleep inside our Sleeping Temple.

The Journey

6:00 PM – Mantra, Kundalini yoga & meditation to open the body and set intention

8:00 PM – Nourishing communal dinner (included)

9:00 PM – 5:30 AM – All-night Gong Concert guided by ISA & URUZ

5:30 AM – 7:00 AM – Sunrise Sadhana Kriya & joyful movement

7:00 AM – 8:00 AM – Closing breakfast & integration
