The Wheel of the Year turns.  Everything pivots in motion; in the Universe, in the cycles of the seasons, and within ourselves.  As we leave the season of winter behind, we release the dark half of the year and hold the shadow side of our being in the tender place of new light and hope. 
Spring is a seeding time where we can plant the seeds of our intentions in the fertile ground of creative possibilities.  Set your intentions for finding and maintaining balance within all aspects of your life.
Activate your energy and open your heart!  You are invited into a healing vortex where time stops and magic begins.  Healing Breathwork, ecstatic dancing, sound healing, and ceremonial beverage.
You are invited to an afternoon of child-like wonder with joyful, heart-centered community.  Prepare to have all of your senses delighted by the elemental blessings of nature.

To Prepare:

• Take a few minutes to think about what you are ready to release and what you want to receive. Write your intentions down in your journal.
• Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in.
• Eat a light lunch beforehand and allow time to digest.
• Come with an open mind and heart and be prepared to co-create magic and deep transformation for yourself and our community.
• If you feel a little nervous, or stuff starts to come up for you in the days before the ceremony, remember that you have chosen to do this work. The emotions starting to get stirred up is a natural part of your healing process.

• Yoga mat and blanket
• Cushion or pillow
• Water bottle
• Journal
• A vegan snack to share afterwards
• Eye pillow (optional)
