Join our small meditation community for Tuesday evening meditation and prayer. We sit for a guided meditation using simple techniques that reveals our inner nature of peace, clarity, and love. We join together to practice for the benefit of all living things, cultivating a compassionate heart and an open mind. After meditating, we have sharing and discussion time.To find the class, park in the main UUCV parking lot. Enter the rectangular building on the left, turn left immediately going upstairs, and make your way to the end of the hallway.
We have a regular group of practitioners and love to welcome newcomers into the circle of healing.
Classes are guided by Amrita Mandala instructor Ben Omkarnath.
