Step into the luminous threshold of the Spring Equinox, the moment when day and night hold perfect balance. Together we gather in a space of renewal, intention, and gentle awakening.Mehtab Kirtan will guide us through an uplifting Kirtan experience accompanied by the warm, devotional tones of the harmonium. Voices weave, hearts soften, and rhythm becomes a bridge between breath and spirit. No singling experience needed, only a willingness to arrive as you are.
Following Kirtan, you'll be invited to recline into a deeply restorative sound bath. Waves of resonance wash through the body, quieting the mind and nurturing the nervous system. The experience is immersive, meditative, and profoundly grounding.
This is an evening for recalibration, for planting inner seeds, for welcoming the subtle energy of a new season. Come sing, rest, and realign with the turning light Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything that helps you feel cozy and supported. We also have those for you to use.
