Join Loto's Artist in residence, Alice Smyth, for a 2-hour sound meditation to weave a collective frequency of peace and welcome Spring.

Loto Wellness Collective presents Spring Equinox 2026 ~ Harmonic REBIRTH - as day and night find their equilibrium, may we find ours. Join us for a rare opportunity to experience sound meditation with authentic Tibetan TonesTones® therapeutic singing bowls.

The sound of the bronze bell metal bowls has a distinct effect on the heart-mind connection, reharmonizing and uplifting the clouded/restless/anxious mind in all of us. 

This Spring, we will participate in Harmonic Rebirth as we actively eliminate the clutter that weighs us down, making room for all we want to cultivate. As the Sun enters Aries and we welcome Spring and a new astrological year. We open to rebirth and forward momentum.

We will practice Pranayama deep breathing to bring us into the present moment, enhance the lungs' ability to eliminate toxins, and restore heart rate variability. We will use our voices and chanting to help remove blockages within our bodies. We will then rest in the sonic vibrational waves of Tibetan Tones® therapeutic singing bowls to bring the brain into the dream state, allowing us to start anew.

Duration: 2 hours

No prior experience necessary

• Dress comfortably
• Bring a mat, blanket, and 1–2 pillows
• Bring a water bottle
• Expect guided breathwork, vocal toning, and extended sound meditation
  

This experience is gentle and accessible for most participants. If you are pregnant, please inform the facilitator. If you have a pacemaker, epilepsy, or severe PTSD, consult your physician prior to attending.

Alice Smyth is a certified therapeutic sound practitioner trained through the Sonic Wellness Institute. Her work bridges ancient vibrational traditions with modern nervous system science, creating immersive sonic environments that restore coherence between heart, brain, and body.

As Loto’s 2026 Artist in Residence, Alice will be weaving sound into our seasonal gatherings, retreats, and ceremonial spaces — offering frequency as medicine and resonance as restoration.
