Join us outdoors to usher in the season of growth and renewal-- spring! Slow down. Breathe deeply. Come home to yourself—among the trees.Celebrate the balance of the Spring Equinox with a gentle forest bathing journey where we'll explore the healing power of nature through mindful walking, meditation, breathwork, the discovery of seasonal edible plants and quiet reflection.
We’ll close with a grounding tea ceremony, allowing you to sip, reflect, and welcome the energy of new beginnings as nature awakens around you.
Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, forest bathing invites you to reconnect with the natural world and receive its calming, restorative energy.
✨ Expect to leave feeling grounded, nourished, and reawakened to the beauty around you.
