This beginner-level Tai Chi class is held outdoors in the courtyard adjacent to Casa Blu. After class, stop by Casa Blu to enjoy a healthy, specially created happy hour menu for all participants.

Tai Chi benefits the mind & body in numerous ways! Class is fifty minutes long. Ample parking is available and no equipment is needed. There is no charge for the class but tips for the instructor are appreciated.
