Join us for an evening of renewal, relaxation and rejuvenation to celebrate the changing of the seasons. Kacy Mugrage will open this special wellness event with a discussion of Ayurveda's perspective on the transition to Spring, the Kapha season and gentle seasonal cleanse. She will then lead us through gentle, energizing yoga to help move out stagnant winter energy. Kaycie Metzlaars will then provide a sound healing. Finally, we will plant seeds of intention - both mentally and physically - by sowing herb seeds that we can tend to help us carry our intentions throughout the new season. All materials will be provided. The yoga practice will be suitable for all levels and a chair option will be provided.
