Honor the wisdom and seeds planted throughout winter and embrace your bloom into springThis Spring Equinox Ceremony will support your transition from winter to spring through gentle movement (yoga), breathwork, sound healing and the power of plants. Participants will connect to an herbal tea and essential oils that are specially curated to move stagnant energy, release what no longer serves, and step into the new beginnings of spring.

This experience will energetically, physically and emotionally guide you from the darkness, depth and seed-planting of winter, to the lightness, newness and full bloom of the spring. Be witnessed and held in community as we come together to integrate the lessons of the winter in order to step into and embrace our fullest potential in the spring. This is a potent transition as the Year of the Fire Horse is in full swing by the second half of March.
