This immersive experience is designed to awaken, clear, and harmonize the energy centers through a guided chakra journey. Using conscious breathwork, vocal toning, chanting, humming and the gentle placement of Tibetan singing bowls on key chakra points, the practice supports deep energetic alignment and the release of stored physical and emotional tension.

Once the chakras are balanced, you will lie down, moving through some more activating somatic breathwork concluding with a sound journey through the five elements, earth, water, fire, air, and ether, using instruments including Tibetan bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, shamanic leaves, and many more.

The combination of breath, vibration, and elemental sound invites the nervous system into profound stillness, restoring equilibrium to the seven chakras, melting away stress, quieting the mind, and reconnecting you with your inner wisdom and intuitive knowing.
