Spring Equinox Celebration: Journal, Reflect, + Meditate in Community

Celebrate the Spring Equinox at recess grove!

You are invited to a soul-nourishing experience where you can slow down and create space for yourself, among like-minded neighbors.

Event Highlights:

• Intention-Setting: Alana will help you uncover your desires, needs, and intentions for the upcoming season.
• Journaling: Alana will provide original prompts to support a guided journaling experience, one that challenges you to reflect on what is important to you and what you want to hold yourself accountable to in the upcoming season. You can use the time to free write and soak in all the aligned energy that the event will create.
• Reflective Discussion: Alana will create space and lead a reflective community discussion. You are encouraged to share anything on your mind. You are also more than welcome to just show up and listen.
• Guided Meditation: Alana will guide you through an accessible meditation to regulate your nervous system, ground you in our intentions, and soak up the powerful energy of this Equinox.

When you arrive, feel free to grab a coffee or tea and join us in our private space at the back of the studio. All of the necessary supplies will be provided to you, but if you have a cherished journaling notebook or a cozy blanket that you prefer, feel free to bring those supporting items with you.

We think of this as more than just an event. Our goal is to relish the experience of community, practice things that we know are good for us (but that we sometimes don't make enough time for), and ultimately acknowledge this change in season with intention.
