About Eye Gazing: We practice silent, open-eyed meditation with rotating partners to foster connection and co-regulation.
About Gong Soundbath: The low vibrations from the gong stimulate the vagus nerve, which signals to the brain that the body is safe. This can slow down your heart and breathing rate, which can help release tension and emotional blockages, leading into a state of deep relaxation.
Brooklyn Eye Gazers are trained professional practitioners that come from a variety of modalities including sound healing, mental health counseling, mindfulness meditation and yogic practices. We strive to create an accessible space for folks to connect to their bodies, spirits, and community.
