Come join us in celebration of the Spring Equinox and set your intentions for this upcoming season! We will do a beautiful kriya to get the body moving, then move directly into a 45 minute sound bath/deep relaxation with our crystal chakra singing bowls followed by our four gongs, and end with a meditation to help bring your spring intentions into bloom! We will cap off the celebration with an intention burning ceremony!
Please bring your own mat!
