During an equinox, the day and night are equal lengths. The spring equinox represents a time of rebirth and new beginnings, making it a great time to set a new intention or reaffirm one from a past season. Join us as we celebrate the spring equinox and welcome a new season by flowing through 108 sun salutations. This warming and awakening meditative movement practice will invigorate the mind, body, and spirit. This practice is open to all levels and can be modified to fit your personal practice. You can do 1 sun salutation, 108 sun salutations, or any number in between.
