Join us on Sunday, March 22nd at 10 am for this special music-centered slow flow yoga class. The slow pace encourages students to explore the depth of each posture, cultivating a greater sense of ease and relaxation in both body and mind. This class will be led by Allison Wilkins Bakken (RYT 500) and feature live music by local musician and pianist Paul Groh. Through the gentle rhythms of original keys music and the dynamic yet conscious movement of this flow-based class, students will build awareness while reaping the rewards of combining the powerful and relaxing effects of music and yoga. Come enjoy this rare opportunity to experience how music can enhance the benefits of our practice. $15/person
