Join Dr. Lauren for a transformative journey through the seasons, where you’ll learn how to use food as medicine and reconnect with the rhythms of nature. Each class in this series will focus on seasonal ingredients sourced from local farms, guiding you through the preparation of nutrient-dense, healing meals. Participants will actively engage in communal cooking, exploring new ways to form a relationship with food. This hands-on experience will teach you how to use seasonal foods to nourish your body, prepare for the changing seasons, and create delicious meals that support overall wellness.
Meet Your Teacher
Dr. Lauren is a licensed naturopathic doctor with a passion for teaching the foundational principles of wellness. Inspired by her grandmother and mother’s emphasis on holistic eating, she developed a deep understanding of nutrition from an early age. With several years of nutritional training and clinical experience, Dr. Lauren combines evidence-based practices with a love for community engagement. Through this hands-on workshops, she empowers participants to use food as medicine, focusing on seasonal, nutrient-dense ingredients to promote lasting health and wellness.
