Herbal Allies: A Hands-On Herbal Learning Series

Herbs have a way of drawing us in when we take a moment to pause and pay attention. In Herbal Allies, we take the time to meet one plant at a time—observing where it grows, noticing its scents and flavors, and exploring how it moves through our lives. Each session is a chance to connect with plants and people through shared curiosity and hands-on practice.

Together we’ll:

• Visit where the plant grows
• Look, smell, taste, and talk about the herb together
• Notice how the herb shows up in your body and daily life, if familiar
• Explore the historical and present uses of the plant
• Make an herbal preparation in class
• Take home a finished product or enjoy a recipe together in community
  

Open to all levels of experience, Herbal Allies emphasizes learning through connection—supporting confidence, curiosity, and affinity-based relationships with plants.

This program includes two options: Morning Sessions and Afternoon Sessions.
You can choose to join one or both. Morning & Afternoon sessions are sold separately.
