Spring Cedar Bog Walk

Some of High Point's more elusive spring wildflowers bloom in the bog. Come explore the unique Atlantic white cedar bog in High Point's Dryden Kuser Natural Area with a focus on plant life. We'll also keep our eyes and ears open for migrating spring songbirds. The trail is an easy, level two miles. Suitable for adults and kids ages eight and up. (Younger kids are welcome if they are good walkers or can be carried.) Registration is optional. We'll meet in the parking area by the trailhead located at the end of the road in the Cedar Swamp Picnic Area. Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring water.
