About this Event
This week we'll use nets to discover what creatures live in Sawmill Lake and will explore the characteristics of lake and pond habitats. These programs are a great way for homeschoolers to enjoy fresh air and exercise while socializing and learning about nature. For homeschoolers age 6 and up. Younger siblings may join you, but they'll need to be closely supervised near the water and the nets are sized for bigger kids. Registration via Eventbrite is required.
Meet at the Sawmill Lake Boat Launch.
Please do not rely on GPS - High Point's roads and acreage confuse it. (Google is most likely to be accurate).
