Each one-hour session places players in high-tempo, game-realistic environments where they learn to execute under pressure, read the game faster, and compete with confidence.
Players will develop:
Refined first touch, dribbling at speed, combination play, and finishing
Improved scanning, spacing, and quicker game decisions
Agility, acceleration, coordination, and speed of play
