The full moon is a natural time to pause, reflect, and let go of what we no longer need to carry.Join us for an evening of breathwork and sound bowls designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and release what’s been building beneath the surface.
We’ll begin with guided breathing to help the body settle, move into a deeper breathwork practice to shift stuck energy, along with a restorative sound bowl journey where you can pause, rest and integrate.
We’ll close the evening with a short full moon release ritual.
No experience is needed. Just come as you are.
