Spring Awakening Women's Gathering

Join us for a heart-centered afternoon in nature as we gather to honor the Spring Equinox and Women’s Month — a time of renewal, balance, empowerment, and new beginnings! 🪷

🌸 Expect an afternoon of:

• Sound healing and deep relaxation

• Reflective journaling and sharing

• Creative self-expression through painting (and any other expression you feel called to share)

• Herbal Tea and light bites

• Genuine connection with other women

• A peaceful yet uplifting experience in nature

We’ll begin with a soothing sound bath and go on an inward journey to connect deeper with ourselves as we surrender to the present moment. We’ll release what we’re ready to let go of and make space for the new to emerge.

Then, we’ll gently transition into a creative painting experience, where you’ll be guided to paint your inner garden and express what is blooming in your life this season. No art experience is necessary! This is a beginner-friendly session. We encourage intuitive expression, curiosity, and play. All art materials will be provided 🎨

This gathering is a circle for women to connect, uplift one another, and spark meaningful connections and friendships. Together we’ll hold space for reflection, creativity, and community as we step into the energy of spring. Together we thrive!

What to bring:

•a blanket or mat

• wear spring colors 💐 (optional but encouraged!)

• anything that will help you feel comfortable in the park
