Spring Awakening Reiki Workshop

Led by reiki professional practitioner, Melissa Bantell, this workshop is for holistic minded women looking to go within and learn themselves on a deeper level. The workshop is a reminder that we are powerful beyond measure, and all have innate healing abilities. Practices taught will help shift energy to balance the mind, body, spirit and home. Practices include energy clearing techniques, guided grounding meditation, a calling back power group exercise and guided self-hands-on healing with group Reiki. Energy basics will be discussed. Gift bag with useful tools given. Leave feeling empowered, enlightened and inspired. Resource guide for workshop will be emailed after the event.
