Hey Everyone! IT’S TIME!!! The Be Kind Always Bootcamp is BACK again!
Kim + Connie will be leading a workout to raise awareness for mental illness and suicide prevention. The bootcamp + raffles portion of the event will be held outside of the Manoa Community Church on Eagle Road, just like last year, in Havertown and we can’t wait!
We follow it up with an awesome brunch spread hosted by Janet Mount in her home, also in Havertown. If you have yet to join us for this afterwards, we strongly encourage you do this year! It’s such a great time to catch up & see everyone you just worked up a sweat with.
PRAY TO THE WEATHER GODS: Saturday, April 26th @ 9 am.
This is a 100% donation boot camp, with proceeds going directly to the The Be Kind. Always. Foundation. While that donation is completely optional, we do suggest a contribution of $5 to $20, if you are able, as it helps us greatly to hit our goal & support such a wonderful cause. Feel free to donate whatever you are comfortable with. Your participation is what matters a ton, too!

We started this annual boot camp in 2017. Mental health has always been near and dear to each of us… to spread awareness and have open conversations about it ALL. We are at a time where we can all say we have some form of connection to mental health/illnesses and their impacts. Whether it be our own struggles, having loved ones with mental illnesses, losing friends or family to suicide, leaning into our personal healing journeys… to name a few. We each have so many different reasons that this topic can hit home. The foundation began after Jessica & Tim lost their dear brother, Stephen, to depression in 2015. And, after Kim and her sister Kaitlin lost their mom in 2022 to suicide, this bootcamp has held an even deeper meaning to many. The reason we say any of this is to normalize the conversation & help combat the stigma around mental health. You or someone you know may be struggling, we want you to know you aren’t alone & we are here to encourage you to seek the help and support you need. ♥️
