About this Event
As winter begins to soften, you’re invited into a nourishing space to pause, breathe and gently step into the energy of spring.
Spring Awakening is an intimate, in-person group breathwork experience designed to help you release stored tension, reconnect with your body, and cultivate clarity, confidence, and emotional spaciousness as you move into a new season.
This session is ideal if you’re feeling:
- Stuck, tense or emotionally heavy
- Ready for a fresh start or new chapter
- Curious about breathwork and nervous-system regulation
- Drawn to slower, deeper, more intentional wellness experiences
What to Expect
Each session is held in a small group of no more than 8 people, allowing for a deeply supportive and carefully guided experience.
The session includes:
- A grounding welcome and gentle nervous-system settling
- A 75-minute guided therapeutic breathwork journey
- Time for integration, optional sharing, and reflection
- Nourishing refreshments
- A thoughtfully curated take-home goodie bag to support your integration
No previous breathwork experience is needed.
