As a teacher of yoga, it is immensely rewarding to witness the transformative power of committed students! Seeing their progress from week to week is truly inspiring! My heart is singing, and I’m thrilled to start a new eight week progressively sequentially taught yoga series beginning March ninth!This isn’t your ordinary yoga class—it’s a journey. At LoveActRepeat, we have created a yoga school grounded in the rich, heart-centered teachings of Anusara Yoga. Rooted in alignment, purpose, and joyful embodiment. Each 8-week series will offer a deeply immersive experience unlike anything else in Sarasota where you’ll learn and grow in progressive sequence week by week to expand your skills and knowledge with a focus on a particular category of yoga poses in each series in a consistent, nurturing space where transformation can truly unfold.
This spring series will meet for four consecutive weeks with a break after four weeks during the week of April fifth, and then resume April fourteenth for the four weeks to complete the series.
Here’s the spring schedule:
Tuesdays @ 5:30 PM Level 1 - Anusara Yoga Basics - For those beginning yoga, those with little prior experience, or experienced practitioners interested in starting from the beginning.
Tuesdays @ 7:15 PM Level 2 - Anusara Yoga for those with prior Yoga experience this level will include some vinyasa (flow), and preparing for and practicing inversions.
Thursdays @ 5:30 PM Level 3 – Anusara Yoga for Experienced Anusara Yoga practitioners or permission from Jaye
Tuesday Classes meet March 10th, 17th, 24th, and 31st with one week break, and then resume April 14th, 21st, and 28th, and May 5th.
Thursday class meets March 12th, 19th, and 26, and April 2nd with one week break April 9th, and then resume April 16th, 23rd, and 30th, and May 7th.
Each 8-week series includes:
• One dedicated class per week, however, you may register for as many series as you like!
• A progressive structure built around a particular category of poses such as standing poses, hip openers, backbends, twists, or seated poses
• Consistent classmates and community support
• Optional journaling, self-inquiry prompts, and handouts
• A closing integrative class to celebrate your practice
• Make-up classes available in any class your level or lower during the series
$108 for the full class series
(That’s just $13.50 per class—more depth, more intention, more connection.)
