Spotlight: Heels (All Levels) with Ashley Worley

In this class we will start with stretches, intention setting, and continue with across-the-floor drills, and learn choreography. I want students to walk away feeling empowered, confident, and deeply connected to their bodies. My classes are designed to break down self-doubt and build dancers from the ground up, helping each person find their inner strength and unique style. Beyond just learning technique, I want students to feel liberated, sexy, and capable—both on and off the dance floor.
