Sports Performance Summer Program
About this Event
Improve your athletic performance, build confidence, and prepare for upcoming sports seasons.
Running every Monday and Wednesday in June and July. Pick any date to get started.
Athletes can participate in two 60-minute sessions each week featuring small group coaching, individualized attention, and age-appropriate strength training in a fun and encouraging environment.
This program focuses on the foundational skills that benefit every athlete, including:

✔️ Coordination
✔️ Strength & Power
✔️ Injury Prevention
Designed with progress in mind, athletes can join sessions without feeling left behind while continuing to develop movement skills that transfer to any sport. While not sport-specific, this program gives athletes the tools and physical foundation to perform at a higher level in any activity.
