Unlock your race potential this winter. Join performance consultant and life-long cyclist Dr Chris Hartley for a focused 90-minute session on the mental habits that separate good racers from great ones.
Learn how to manage pressure, sharpen focus, and build race-day confidence and composure. Perfect for riders looking to elevate their performance for the upcoming season.
Objectives:
- Improve consistency and psychological resilience in training and racing
- Equip riders with tools to maintain composure under pressure
- Strengthen attentional control, confidence, and race-day mental routines
Series Overview
This series of workshops is a unique opportunity to develop the mental side of cycling this winter.
Join us for three 90-minute workshop tailored for our community: racers, ride leaders/coaches, and amateur riders. Each session will focus on one audience specifically and will offer practical mental skills to enhance performance, boost confidence, and enjoyment on and off the bike.
About Dr Chris Hartley
Dr Chris Hartley is a performance consultant with a doctorate in psychology, specialising in mental skills for confidence, focus, and performance under pressure. He has also spent 20 years riding and racing bikes of all disciplines.
**All proceeds from this series will be donated to the whose mission is to offer and expand access to mental health services for those who otherwise cannot afford it.
