Spooky Sculpt and Sip

We’re back!!!!!! Destiny Romelia Wellness presents: Sculpt & Sip … “Spooky Edition”.
Enjoy a “Spooky” themed fitness infused yoga class, that merges intention, traditional yoga poses, strength training and cardio to create a Mindful Movement practice. This practice is followed by complementary drinks or mock-tails during social time. Costumes are welcomed but not required.
Mats, refreshments and treats will be provided!

About the instructor:
Destiny Romelia is a certified yoga instructor and wellness advocate who currently teaches at CorePower Yoga and PuppySphere. After working in Social Work for a couple of years, her passion for mental health and wellness increased. Thus, inspiring Destiny to create Destiny Romelia Wellness to build a community in which she helps to bridge the gap between mental health and movement. Destiny's mission as a teacher is to use yoga as a means to encourage one's mind-body connection for healing, peace, and superpower.
