Splits & SoulFlex is a guided movement series designed to help you safely increase flexibility while reconnecting with your body. Rooted in SoulFlexology®, this class blends intentional stretching, sensual floor work, and mindful breath to support hip and waist mobility—without force or pressure.

This series emphasizes safe, sustainable progress toward splits while honoring where you are. No splits experience is required, and modifications are always offered.
