Are you ready for a magical weekend of exploration and self-discovery? This retreat is focused on healing the divine womb and inner spirit with adventure, exploration, shamanic journeying, forest bathing and medicine-making. Each beautiful soul will receive a leather-bound journal for our journaling exercises.

Things to note:
This location is about 20-minutes away from the Roche-A-Cri Mound site. We encourage everyone to check out this sacred site before their journey home on Sunday!
There will be snacks, fruits and water available all day - this is a fun and empowering gathering, not a rigid boot camp.
Times are approximate and include plenty of time for personal breaks. You can choose which activities you wish to partake in, but you are welcome to partake in all!
We will be sharing space with each other for two nights. Please be mindful and respectful of the shared space and others around you.
All retreats are alcohol-free. Please do not bring any alcohol to the retreat.
Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside the house.
We are a laid-back group of practitioners - we laugh, cry, scream and swear - and encourage you to do the same!
