SPIRITUS Breathwork and Somatic Healing

SPIRITUS Breathwork and Somatic healing is a holistic healing modality tackling trauma as energy stored in the body, allowing an activation and release cycle which unwinds and lets go of this stuck energy. We believe that we all should grow into our majestic potential given the right nutrients and environmental cues, however a lot of us get stuck in cycles of trauma, where we are relying on outsourcing and coping with energetic blockages, emotional wounds and past traumas, developmental, sexual etc.

Breathwork is an amazing tool to, without narrative, dive into the nervous system, reset, restore and rebalance. The session lasts one hour and there are contraindications attached.
