Spiritual Girl Inc. After Hours is an intimate, guided experience created for women who are ready to move beyond surface-level conversations and take a more honest, thoughtful look at what’s showing up in their lives.

This is not an open conversation space where we simply share and move on. Each gathering is intentionally structured to help you slow down, reflect, and make meaningful connections between your experiences, your patterns, and your choices. Rather than focusing only on what’s happening, we focus on understanding why—and what that may be revealing.

Through guided prompts, intentional dialogue, and reflective moments, you’ll be supported in identifying recurring themes in your life, processing them in a way that feels grounded (not overwhelming), and gaining clarity around what may need your attention. This space is designed to help you think more deeply, recognize what you may have normalized, and begin making more conscious, aligned decisions moving forward.

Our first session centers on examining what you’ve been allowing—and why. Together, we’ll begin to identify what has gained consistent access to your time, energy, and attention, and explore how those patterns developed—whether through habit, familiarity, or lack of awareness. This is where we begin to connect the dots.
