Yoga at the Peabody

The Peabody has invited expert instructors from Yale Campus Recreation to provide a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere. All experience levels welcome. Participants must be 16 years or older.

Classes are held in our Mineral Galleries at the Peabody where you can learn more about the Solar System, how minerals are formed, gems and jewelry, and the history of mineralogy at Yale. David Friend Hall, the largest gallery, features artistic presentations of remarkable minerals from around the world.

Classes must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Please bring your own Yoga mat, towel and water bottle. Participants will be emailed a waiver to sign before participating in the class, if you can not sign the waiver before class, one will be provided for you upon arrival.
