Spiritual Friendship: The Whole of the Path—An Insight Dialogue Retreat
About this Event
The Buddha called it kalyana-mitta, spiritual friendship, and considered it not a supplement to the path but the whole of it.
This non-residential retreat explores spiritual friendship through Insight Dialogue, a relational meditation practice that brings presence and authenticity into direct contact with another person. We'll draw on the Buddha's own teachings on spiritual friendship as our guide.
In doing so, we'll cultivate the very qualities that make this kind of friendship possible: presence, honesty, compassion, and the willingness to be genuinely known.
Open to all. No prior experience with relational meditation practice is required.
