This immersive experience combines the powerful benefits of group drumming with intentional rhythms designed to guide you into a deeply meditative state. Together, we will:
Harness the energy of group drumming to reduce stress, boost immunity, and build community.
Transition brainwaves from alpha into theta states, encouraging deep relaxation and connection with your spirit and higher self.
Use rhythm as a tool to work through suppressed emotions, release tension, and unlock creativity.
No drumming experience is needed! Drums will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you have one. If you'd rather not drum, simply come to enjoy the vibes and meditate. Dancers and flow artists are encouraged to join in and add to the energy of the evening. Bring a chair or a stool, (a 5 gallon bucket works for short people) and an open mind.
I'm going to try to come up with some chairs, but....
