Come join us this and every Sunday morning (check dates) for a purposeful dive into the world of breathwork. We explore different types of breathing modalities followed by some relaxing and restorative meditation!! All are welcome. Just bring your yoga mat some water a pillow and anything else to make your experience comfortable.
