Join us for a monthly morning of reflection, conversation, and connection. Spiritual Chat & Chai is an informal, welcoming space to explore meaningful ideas in community—no experience necessary.
In 2026, our gatherings follow Yogaja’s spiritual focus:
THE ART OF ADAPTATION: FINDING STEADINESS IN CHANGE
A year-long exploration of how awareness, strength, curiosity, and surrender help us move through change with clarity and integrity.
Each month will include:
• A short teaching or reflection connected to the theme
• Open, thoughtful group discussion
• Optional journaling prompts for personal insight
• Space for listening, sharing, and community connection
No prior yoga or philosophy experience is needed—just curiosity and an open mind. Come as you are, sip chai, and start your Sunday morning grounded, inspired, and connected.
