Celebrating Me: Neurodiversity-Affirming Group (Pre-Teens/Teens)

A strengths-based group centered on identity, self-expression, and emotional/sensory regulation through therapeutic music experiences such as songwriting, improvisation, and recreative music-making. Open for individuals ages 12-17 years old, this group aims to create meaningful connections and offer opportunities for participants to learn more about what it means for them to be Neurodiverse.
Cost is $48 per person for all 6 sessions.

June 24, July 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 from 10-10:45am (if you can't make all of the sessions, that's ok - but try to make as many as you can)
