Spirits expert Evan Christie will lead this exploration through top-shelf spirits of many different categories. Expect whiskey of course, both American and International, but also expect fine brandy, rum, and tequila to make an appearance. The class will provide a unique opportunity to taste some of the best offerings from distillers all over the world. Each will showcase the techniques, ingredients, time, and uniqueness that justify their classifications. Tickets are at a premium price compared to our normal classes, but this ensures we can taste truly exceptional bottles, giving you the chance to experience spirits you might not otherwise purchase.
