Enjoy an uplifting and educational workshop with Joe Caldera, the co-founder of Trilogy Sanctuary who provides spiritual readings, healings and counseling services.

Meditation can take you many places, within perhaps being the most profound. Like a compass used to find your direction, connecting with your spirit lights the way through the night and illuminates your path before you. The key is connecting and listening to the many messages, simple nudges or cues encouraging your progress on your path.
In this workshop we will explore the influence of spiritual awareness and presence on our journey with brief examples of how spirit has led me and the results of both when I’ve listened and haven’t.
We will follow-up with a group meditation experience that will take us into our own knowing and being to awaken our own spiritual gifts and awareness. Only by awakening our fullest potential can we achieve our greater happiness.
